As of October 2019, Magaya has begun to roll out the updates in our version 11.2 of Magaya Supply Chain software. Some of the key features of this release:
LiveTrack has a few new features with our latest release. There is a new Transaction Type for Sales Orders. Users now have the ability to upload attachments (e.g. photos or PDFs) directly from your phone to a transaction or item in LiveTrack.
To keep your customers updated, push notifications are now available for new tracking events and transactions on the LiveTrack mobile app. For example, new Shipments and Warehouse Receipts, or tracking events.
To ensure security, we improved authentication methods including Face ID (iOS only) and fingerprint. Additionally, the entire app was upgraded to a faster platform also featuring design improvements and bug fixes.
Magaya’s new standard documents, that were released in v11 only in English, are now available in Spanish. To find these new standard documents, look for the Documents with a dash (-) in the beginning of the name, for example “- Cotization.”
If you’re on the Magaya Cloud, there are improvements to saving and uploading files from a local computer while you’re on the cloud.
With our latest release, you can now find specific inventory items. There is now a completely new dialog box that allows you to quickly find relevant information about inventory items. To access it, go to the ‘Find’ menu in your Magaya system.
Under freight quotations and bookings, we’ve made a few changes:
For our 3PL customers who fulfill orders from Amazon, we’ve added support for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) as well as more features to handle prepaid taxes.
For wholesale or distribution users who create purchase orders and sales orders, there is more flexibility within the system, including more enhancements to pricing rules and minimum pricing for resale items.
